equipment. All sales are fully warranted and equipment is guaranteed to perform consistent
with the manufacturers original specifications.
Our standard warranty period is one year. Specific warranty information is clearly
displayed on all quotes and invoices.
AirWay Technologies offers a highly responsive and flexible return policy.
In the unlikely event that an item purchased from AirWay Technologies fails
or does not meet quality standards within the warranty period the equipment
will be replaced, repaired, or credited in a timely manner. We will work
closely with customer personnel to determine the most efficient method
for resolving the problem.
- If any product needs to be returned, AirWay Technologies will issue a
Return Authorization and shipping instructions via email to the appropriate
customer personnel. Please reference the Return Authorization number on all
packing materials and correspondence. AirWay Technologies will assume
responsibility for the shipping costs on equipment that fails under warranty.
- If a replacement part is required, AirWay Technologies will ship, subject to
availability, the replacement part immediately and bill for that part on a new
invoice. Upon receipt of the failed part, AirWay Technologies will then issue
a credit against the replacement invoice.
